| When you choose to subscribe, you will be charged
to your credit card by Paypal on our behalf for the services you
opt for on a monthly basis for 12 Months from the day your account
is activated. The amount charged is based on
the service you choose to subscribe to. When you choose subscription,
you are required to register your details with Paypal
so payments can be taken on a monthly basis. |

| The other option is to pay in advance for the
12 months period. If you are paying in advance there is a discount
of 2 Months for free, you will only be charged
for 10 months, and the remaining 2 months are free. When you pay
in advance, you are not required to open an account with Paypal,
and you will have the option at payment and registration options
not to keep your details on file at Paypal after the payment was
processes and approved. That way they will only take a one off payment
from your debit/credit card according to the plan you choose. |

| When you open israProperties Gold Account,
you are able to use all of the following options without any restrictions. |

- You can post up to 100 properties, depending
on the account level. ( please note that no matter which plan
you are choosing, the total would be in all property sections.
e.g. If you take a plan for 10 properties, then you will be able
to post up to 10 properties in all property channels, that is
homes, lettings and flat share. Not 10 in each section)
- No limit to the number of times you update the properties.
- Upload a picture with each property.
- Upload your LOGO, displayed with your adverts. ( Ideal for
property management consultants/companies )
- Full details about you or your business is available to users.
- Members are able to contact you via our built in "contact
seller" form, and the message is forwarded to your
email address, detailing the property they are interested in
with your reference number.
- Soon, your own pages, with your name and LOGO displayinig
all your properties. In few words, it's almost like your
own property management website integrated in Isralondon.
- Soon, a link from each advert that will take users
to your pages mentioned above. ( link would be, "View all properties
posted by this agent" )
- Manage all your properties online with our full featured
control pannel. This can be done from any computer connected
to the internet.
- Hide properties until you are ready to show them to members.
Such as new properties that are not yet ready for marketing,
letting properties that might be rented out at the moment, and
when they become available, you can show them as visible. This
saves you from re-entering the same information again.
